What if you could take 4,000 (liquid filled) Aluminium Cans or 2,000 Plastic Bottles of expired product...
and in just a few minutes you could drain & bale it into a 24" X 16" X 24" bale that was recyclable & saleable??
This illustrated bale above consists of 84 cases of 24 each of the 20 oz. plastic bottles (2,016 bottles). The bale was formed in about 15 minutes which included draining over 99% of the liquid. The finished bale weighs roughly 190 lbs. and is 24” x 16” x 24”. The liquid drained out of the bottom reservoir which was connected to , a PVC pipe that emptied into a floor drain. The liquids can also be pumped out of an optional auxiliary reservoir into a 250-gallon container.
Removable Splash Guards control the huge mess that would otherwise be caused by the total destruction of approximately 2,000 full plastic bottles or 4,000 aluminum cans. Below the machine is a large 51-gallon reservoir that collects the liquid being extracted from the baler which can then funnel to a drain of your choosing. If preferred, the optional sump pump can be used in conjunction with a collection container. A TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) motor allows the entire machine to be hosed down. Since safety is always a concern, the Beverage Bottle & Can Baler comes standard with state-of-the-art magnetically coded safety switches. These switches require complete closure of all doors during the compaction cycle or the baler will not operate. There are many innovative features such as the “Shark’s Teeth” system which mean that the ram face and chamber floor are lined with “Shark’s Teeth” to rip and puncture the material in the chamber to ensure proper baling and liquid removal.
