Indoor Hopper Compactor

Indoor Hopper Compactor

Hopper Compactors are ideal for a large variety of applications. Whether indoor or outdoor requirements are desired, as long as they are placed at street level so that the steel containers can be easily accessed by the hauler for tipping, the applications can be adapted to almost anything. They can also be used in conjunction with Grinders in which case the grinder or shredder would feed directly into the compactor hopper.

  •             Factories
  •             Offices
  •             Warehouses
  •             Retail
  •             Restaurants
  •             Hospitals
  •             Chains
  •             Hotels and Motels
  •             Many other Industrial and Commercial applications.

            Basic Models to Choose From:

Indoor Hopper Compactor

4 Yard Front Load Outdoor Hopper Compactor

6 Yard Front Load Outdoor Hopper Compactor

6 Yard Rear Load Outdoor Hopper Compactor

8 Yard Front Load Outdoor Hopper Compactor

Although the Outdoor Hopper Compactors are available in several standard sizes and the Indoor Model is offered in one size, the Hopper configurations, sizes and requirements can be customized to address specific waste processing routines that are already in place.

Whether it is an indoor application in a utility area with low ceiling height or a dock feed outdoor application these compactors can solve waste problems in many situations. The Outdoor hopper compactors can easily be bulk fed and can be ideal for those using cart tippers or other means of bulk feeding trash into their existing dumpsters (where there is currently no compaction benefits).  The Indoor Hopper Compactors can be placed in a street level utility area or trash room so that when the detachable container becomes full, it can be easily rolled to a 'tipping' area that is convenient for pick-up by the hauler.

Below are some of the more important considerations to give attention to for the Hopper Compactors as well as some Basic Specifications:

  • Hopper size and requirements depending upon onsite conditions or existing waste processing routines.
  • Loading Door Height
  • Ease of Latching and Unlatching Containers from the Compactor
  • Safety Features (UL / ANZI etc)
  • Leak Proof Height of Containers and related Considerations
  • Ease of Use for Hauler (such as Easy Release for Hauler Tipping)
  • 'Key Switch, Start & Stop buttons
