This is the Reduced Footprint version of the High Capacity or High Volume  Model of High Rise Compactors which are best suited to help the taller height and higher volume High Rise Buildings (with chute systems).  

Trash from the building chute system is collected at the bottom of the chute by the hopper portion of the compactor which is automatically compacted. The result is a cube of trash that is easily removeable which can be transported to the disposal area of the building.
