This Horizontal Foam Baler (adapted for Foam / Fiber / Film) is loaded with awesome power, speed and special features for facilitating the baling of these materials.  The Foam / Film / Fiber ('3F') Balers have many important design features that separate them from other balers.

  • Polyurethane bale weights of up to 1,500 pounds.
  • Produces heavier, denser bales in about 1 / 4 of the time of a non-specialty baler trying to do the same job.
  • A longer cylinder and stroke helps force the air out of the material as it is compressed and also helps remove the 'memory' from the material.
  • Special features work together to overcome critical elements associated with these materials.
  • Special shearing capabilities.
  • Special way to help keep material from becoming wedged or trapped in the baler (which could otherwise cause jamming).
  • Larger In-feed openings than the typical baler openings. This helps eliminate the need for a shredder in order to reduce the size of the foam particulates being baled.
  • Many other differences in the design that separate this series of balers from others
